During Day 1 we will discuss algebraic manipulations, such as expanding and collecting algebraic terms, and work with rational functions, absolute values and radicals. Day 2 will focus on functions, including graphs, graph translations, domain and range, piece-wise defined functions, and determining functions from word problems. Day 3 will explore attributes of inverses of functions, including exponential and logarithmic functions. This workshop is primarily designed to meet the needs of students enrolled in M408C/K/N/R/Q and will be a review of basic algebraic techniques.
This event will be held in-person. Event documents and previous semesters recordings can be found, with or without RSVP to the event, at the self-enroll Canvas link: https://bit.ly/Sanger-MRRs-F25
