The University Leadership Network (ULN) held its third Annual Leadership Symposium this November, bringing together students for a comprehensive professional development conference featuring distinguished speakers from the University and Austin community. Participants engaged in three breakout sessions exploring diverse leadership competencies.

The symposium's curriculum encompassed critical leadership topics including Emotional Intelligence, Purpose-Driven Leadership, Active Listening and Community Engagement, and Strategic Problem-Solving methodologies. Keynote speaker Keylan Morgan from the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board delivered an impactful address emphasizing how integrating Knowledge, Hard Work, and Attitude is a foundation for exemplary leadership and professional success.

Through this intensive program, ULN students gained valuable insights and practical leadership strategies from experienced professionals while strengthening their development as emerging leaders.
