A Signature Course is designed to introduce you to the best UT has to offer and, at the same time, to help you develop skills at the college level in research, writing, speaking, and discussion. Faculty are distinguished, while subjects are both interdisciplinary and contemporary. As a Signature Course student, you will become acquainted through coursework with some of the gems of the University, among them the Harry Ransom Center, the Blanton Museum of Art, and the LBJ Library and Museum. Signature Courses can be either in a seminar format (18 students) or a large format (50-200 students). Students will also attend at least one lecture from the Helen and Jeff Herbert Family University Lecture Series.
