The Eisenhower Global Scholars Program sends four outstanding American university graduates abroad to prestigious universities in Europe for intensive study and hands-on work experience in two major areas: Master of Public Policy at the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford, and Master in International Relations at the IE School of Global & Public Affairs in Madrid.
Eisenhower Fellowships covers all major expenses. All courses are offered in English.
Conditions of Eligibility
- Preferred age range is 20 to 30 years old
- Must have graduated from a four-year American university with a 3.7 Grade Point Average (out of 4.0) preferred
- Have a track record of achievement, including a strong academic undergraduate record and community involvement
- Record of leadership and achievement and a commitment to tackling real world challenges though a concrete project idea
- Have a concrete project proposal that the international post-graduate study will advance

Application Deadline
The Eisenhower Global Scholars Program does not have a university nomination requirement. The national deadline is mid-March.
